Sundays at Seagate
Crèche
in the Cabin
This warm, inviting environment is open during both Sunday
morning services, catering for children aged 0-8 years (10am-11am) and
0-3years (11:50am-12:30pm).
You are encouraged to leave your children in a safe,
supervised area, giving you the opportunity to attend the main services.
There is a range of colourful toys, games, craft materials
and other activities for your children to enjoy and a snack is also provided.
Leaders may discuss simple Bible themes through the use of DVDs, music and
books.
The room is also equipped with a travel cot and changing area …with
a few spare nappies, just in case!
Children
need to be signed in and out of cr èche
by a parent or guardian.
So that
children can enjoy church in a way that is best suited to them, after around
20min together in the 11:30am Family Service the children go to their own
activities
–
crèche
or JAM Time.

JAM
Time (ages 3-11 years)
This is
a fun-filled, supervised programme with a mixture of games, music, quizzes and
activities for your children to enjoy.
Children meet in their different age groups for part of the session and learn
about friendship with Jesus
through a variety of methods, including bible stories, prayer, praise, crafts,
puppetry and drama. This is a great opportunity for them to make friends their
own age and for our team of leaders to get to know them better.
The JAM
Time leaders want to encourage each youngster to learn how to make good choices
for
their lives and develop in their understanding of the Christian faith.
A
offering is taken during JAM Time. This money to given to various charities and
good causes which are nominated
by the children.
Several
special events are organised during the year, such as outings to the local
swimming pool and parks, parties, and holiday clubs.

Service of
Thanksgiving & Dedication
We recommend a service of Thanksgiving
and Dedication for all parents who desire God’s
blessing on their child.
This service takes place during the
11:30am service and usually involves the taking of vows by parents to bring up
their child in the Christian faith. Prayers are also offered for the child and
parents.
If you want to find out more, speak to
the Pastor who will be happy to help.
